We had a few activities throughout Adelyn’s party! The BIG one was the bounce house! A family at our daycare owns it and so kindly, let us borrow it for Adelyn’s big day!
After Grandpa & the guys got it unfolded and set up it was ready to go in about 30 seconds! And it completely took over that corner of our back yard!
Needless to say, Adelyn loved the bounce house!
And so did the big kids! Ha!
Pretty sure this is one of my favorite pictures from the whole day! Adelyn sure loves her Aunt Stef!
After everyone had their fill of ice cream we {tried} to light the candles {darn wind!} and sang “Happy Birthday” to our sweet 2 year old!
Make a wish!
Then it was present time! {this is a way better view of her super cute SheSheMade shirt}
It was so fun to watch the excitement on her face when she opened up each gift! She even got excited over clothes…she’s definitely her Mama’s girl!
Lily was in charge of “quality control”! I think the puzzle passed!
Feeding and burping her new babies! Over the past 4-6 weeks she has gotten WAY more into babies! It’s so fun to watch her be a “little mommy”!
Aunt Stef & Auntie M had to check out Adelyn’s loot!
After gifts it was pinata time! The guys were in charge of hanging it! They tried to send Hayden up, but he didn’t quite understand what to do. The big boys got the job done though!
The birthday girl was up first! She got a few tips from Grandma Cindy and was off!
Then Hayden had a turn! He had has own way at swinging the bat, silly boy!
Auntie Kathy and Avery along with the Grandparents hung out on the sidelines and watched!
Lily wanted to use the wrong end of the bat! She wasn’t as in to it as Adelyn & Hayden were. Don't worry sweetheart, next summer you’ll love it!
A few more swings from the birthday girl {future softball player?} and then…
…Matt wanted a turn! We had to make it harder for him though and added the blind fold!
He eventually broke the pinata and the kids collect their goodies! Sure wish it wasn’t so hard to get a picture of these 2 when they are BOTH looking!
It was an overall fun day! Thank you so much to our family who came to celebrate our TWO YEAR OLD little girl, meant so much to have ya’ll here for the weekend!
Just in case you missed it, here are the other party posts:
Such a FUN day! It all looks great, Darci! Do you remember Garrett's 2nd Bday? We had a bouncy house too - super fun - but I guess Adelyn & Reece were too tiny to enjoy it back then... :-)
