Thursday was our last day in the hospital. It was a lot more laid back & relaxed. We took our time getting ready, snuggled with our sweet girl, and packed things to go home. Aunt Wendi came to help us pack up & go home!
So excited to go home and start this new journey as a family of 3!!!

All buckled in and ready to go! She looked SO tiny in her seat!
Aunt Wendi had a cute little sign in the yard to greet us when we got home!
Abby was SO excited to see us after being gone for 4 days! And of course she was excited to meet Adelyn!!
We settled in and enjoyed our afternoon together! Let the fun begin!!
